One thing that I did not put on the back burner was receiving massage on a regular basis. A lot of clients have asked me if I receive massage and how often. The answer is a resounding YES and as regularly as I can. Depending on the stress levels in my life, the amount varies. Usually once a month is a good rule of thumb for most people and one I have stuck with often times as well. When things get rough in life, I up that amount to twice a month, or even weekly for a while to help get me through a tough spot.
