Foam Rolling the Forearms

I had a client last week who experiences a lot of tension in her arms from her work. I can completely empathize with tension and pain in the forearms as that is where I held a ton of tension from doing traditional massage for years. (Before adding ashiatsu in to my menu of services!)

Here's a great video that shows how to warm up the tissues with a foam roller and then do more targeted work with a tennis ball. Adding in some of this self care to your regular routine can help tremendously in between your massage appointments.
