LaStone Massage®
The original hot stone massage. 
As warm stones glide over your body, heat radiates deeply into the muscles to provide stress reduction, deep relaxation, and relief from physical pain. Cindy uses the stones as an extension of her hands and also gently places them on the body's energy points, including hands, in-between toes, and along the back. As you are massaged with these stones, the warmth and smoothness of the stones induces a deeper level of relaxation.
Chilled stones may also be used in certain areas to relieve inflammation. The therapeutic potential of this treatment goes beyond measure. The physiological benefits of alternating hot and cold to the body have long been scientifically and medically proven.
